Biography
Brayden Tyler Quinn was born on October 27, 1984. From Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, Brady is one of 3 children.

In high school, Brady excelled in both football and baseball. He even became a letterman in baseball a year before he did in football. But after 2 stellar seasons as a Dublin Coffman High School starter, it was clear that his future ambitions would be geared towards the sport of football.
In 2001, his junior year, Brady led the Shamrocks to the Ohio Division I state semifinals. The next year, he wrapped up his prep career with a total of 4349 yards and 46 touchdowns. He then went on to play in the U.S. Army All-America game in San Antonio, TX. After mulling over scholarship offers from Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Michigan, Brady decided on Notre Damn to further his education and continue is football career.

While at Notre Damn Brady added to the university rich quarterback legacy. He took over the starting position in the 4th game of his freshman season and never looked back. He now stands as the Notre Dame all-time and single season team records for attempts (1557), completions (900), yards (11,476), and touchdowns (95) as part of the 36 records he broke during his Irish tenure.
Brady Quinn finished his Notre Dame career with not only impressive stats, but also a long list of accolades including the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award (given to the country’s best senior quarterback) and the Maxwell Award (awards to the best collegiate football player). In addition, he was named the Cingular All-America Player of the Year, and finished third for the prestigious Heisman Trophy.

The Cleveland Browns made a deal with the Dallas Cowboys in order to make a second Round 1 pick, and drafted him with the #22 pick in the 2007 NFL Draft. By all accounts, he was drafted to become the team’s “franchise” quarterback.
Brady’s big breakout as the Browns’ starting quarterback is on the horizon. Glad you’re along for the ride!
