It’s Brady Time!
FINALLY!
Reports are now starting to circulate indicating that Brady Quinn will start for the Browns this Thursday against the visiting Denver Broncos.
I gotta admit that I’m truly shocked that the coaches and front office came to their senses this quickly. Shocked, but appreciative. I like this move, however it doesn’t matter who is throwing the ball if Braylon fails to catch the rock.
Also, it’s a short week and to date, Brady probably hasn’t got but a fraction of the snaps with the first teamers. Why not wait until after this week’s early game to name him the starter? Then he’d have 10 days to prepare for his 1st start. But this is the Browns organization we’re dealing with. Things hardly ever make sense.

Thursday games are very rare in the first half of the season, but there’s going to be at least one per week for the remainder of the season (except the final week). Of course, this news means a shorter amount of time we have to wait to see him start!
