Brady Appearance at Mentor AT&T Store
On Saturday, May 31 you have the opportunity to meet Brady Quinn, courtesy of AT&T. Quinn will be appearing at the brand new AT&T Experience Store in Mentor from 1 - 2 p.m., where he’ll be posing for photos and mingling with fans of all ages. I endorse anything to get me to see Brady. I actually had NO plans to go to this. 1) too far 2) looking back at the other opportunities to meet Brady - they were SWAMPED and many did not get a chance to see him - especially if they were heavily advertised (which is the point). Remember the lines for the Hummer dealership and the auto show? 3) time ONE HOUR! I’m surprised Brady agreed for one hour because he likes to keep his fans happy - it is, after all, his vacation too.
Nope. Nothing will compare in meeting Brady my first time at a preseason game, AND face to face a few times at the sports spectacular. I’d much rather spend a small fortune in meeting and talking to him (with PLENTY o’ pictures) than a one hour “sneak a peek.”
I would think this would really appeal to immediate fans of the area or people looking to get a phone.

May 24th, 2008 at 9:39 amYou hit the nail on the head, John. For a 1-hr window, it’s not going to end up being even remotely rewarding unless you’re semi-local. I’m about 2.5 hours from Mentor and I am not considering it.
Now when he starts scheduling some appearances in his hometown, I’ll be all over those! haha

May 26th, 2008 at 9:51 amI went today and it was a really great experience. The store also took pictures and handed them out, in addition to being able to take your own. They moved people through quickly but everyone got a chance to say hi. All in all, a great experience, I hope Brady comes to your town soon too!

Brady definitely should come to my town soon, seeing as how it’s his hometown and all haha. Last year he was here for the Memorial Tournament, but he was too busy this year with other appearances!
I certainly hope he’ll be able to make it back before training camp. And not just a visit, I’m sure he does those more often than we know to see his family/friends. I’m talking a real appearance/signing type thing!
