Week 13: Cleveland Browns @ Arizona Cardinals
This week the Cleveland Browns are in Arizona to take on the Cardinals. The Browns, who have many tongues wagging with their current position in the playoff race, are looking to continue along that path and record their 8th win of the season.
The Arizona Cardinals, by many accounts, have struggled as of late and are hoping for a solid home win to keep them in the NFC Wildcard hunt. The Cards are led by QB Kurt Warner, after Matt Leinart was declared out for the season with a broken collarbone.
Last week, the Browns did a good job of protecting the ball and capitalizing on opponent turnovers. They’ve got to hope that they can continue that kind of consistent play.
CBS will have either this match-up, or the Denver/Oakland game, with coverage beginning at 4:05PM (ET). Check your local listings.
Go Brownies!

YES! My local listings show they are going to broadcast the game in my area! I am “enjoying” snow, sleet, and freezing rain today and it is a great time to watch a ball game - in sunny Arizona.
GO BROWNS!!
December 2nd, 2007 at 10:38 amMissed out on this one….Again! I got all excited when I’d heard that CBS was carrying the game. Surely they’d show Cleveland in my area instead of Oakland and Denver, right? Instead, they didn’t show the second half of their scheduled doubleheader at all where I was and we got rodeo coverage instead. ARGH!
(BTW, I got the snow/sleet/freezing rain yesterday.)
December 2nd, 2007 at 11:49 pmWell there WERE some hot cowboys in that rodeo. None of Brady’s quality mind you, but not bad to look at.
December 3rd, 2007 at 8:12 am….And here I decided to focus my full attention to watching the Bears (my favorite pro team) lose their game and any hope for the playoffs when I could have seen hot cowboys instead.:-P LOL!
December 3rd, 2007 at 11:34 pmflyte44, you really think the Cardinals had some cuties? Everytime one came on I looked at my mom and went, *very I Love Lucy like* “eeeeeehhhhh….” And she did the same. They were ugly! Of course…I only look at Brady ;), lol. Anyways, when they showed Brady for like a minute straight, I grabbed my mom’s arm and squeled like the teenage girl I am, lol again! It was a bad call at the end of the game…but….I *dislike* our current QB.
